PRIVACY POLICY AND SALES CONDITIONS
Following terms and conditions apply when purchasing from Lartusi Home OÜ online store: www.lartusihome.com. The store is operated by Lartusi Home OÜ, Maakri 23a, Tallinn, registry code 16533224, tel: +37253025972. The conditions are valid for all purchases made in the online store.
Lartusi Home OÜ online store uses personal data provided by the customer (name, telephone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing and delivering orders.
The seller has the right to make unilateral changes in conditions and will notify customers through terms of sale on their online store’s web page. When the customer has placed the order before the changes then the previous conditions apply.
Simultaneously with seller’s terms of sale, Estonia’s regulations on e-commerce are also valid.
The customer can purchase items from Lartusi Home OÜ online store, paying the total amount by bank transfer. Before payment, the customer should make sure that the purchase details are correct.
The customer chooses how they wish to receive their purchase – parcel terminal (Itella, Omniva, DPD) courier or collecting it from the seller.
The customer will receive an email notification after successfully placing the order and payment.
Sales agreement becomes effective after the customer has paid the total amount.
When the seller is not capable of filling an order during a 30 day period and the customer does not agree with a longer delivery time, the paid amount for the order will be refunded as soon as possible.
COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
By using this website, the customer agrees with collecting and processing their personal data, in accordance with given policy. Personal data includes name, telephone number, delivery address, email address, language of communication and consumer preferences.

The seller employs all reasonable methods to protect personal data. Only authorized people have access to modify and process personal data and customer’s details will be handled as confidential information.
CHANGES IN PRIVACY POLICY
The seller reserves the right to modify privacy policy and publishes said changes on their website, while ensuring that customer’s personal data will be protected as it is legally required.
