PLACING AN ORDER

When purchasing an item, the customer will see whether it is available in stock to be delivered now or is not in stock and will be delivered within approximately 21 days. Due to involvement of third parties the delivery may take longer. In that case, we immediately inform the customer about the possible delay.

If the item is available in stock, the purchase will be packaged and sent to the customer on the next working day after the purchase, the latest. In general, the delivery takes up to 5 working days for Finland, Latvia and Lithuania and up to 3 working days for Estonia.

If the customer has chosen to pick up their purchase from the store, he/she must wait for a notification via email.

DELIVERY COST

The delivery is free when making a purchase over 100 euros in Estonia and over 150 euros in Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. If the purchase is under 100/150 euros, the delivery cost is displayed during check out. Delivery via parcel machine in Estonia is 5€ (Itella Smartpost, Omniva) and 10€ via courier (Itella Smartpost, Omniva). In Finland, Latvia and Lithuania delivery via parcel machine costs 15€ (Itella, Omniva) and 20€ via courier (Itella, Omniva).

When choosing delivery via parcel machine, the customer will receive a SMS with a code, which is needed to open the parcel locker.

If the customer does not claim the purchase within the given time, the parcel machine company will return the order to the seller, who will deposit the order another 14 days and notify the customer.
