INSPECTING AND RETURNING THE PURCHASE

Upon receiving the purchase, the customer must open the package and inspect the goods. Should the customer damage the packaging that is valuable as a part of the product, then the seller can refuse to offer a refund or accept returning the product (e.g. cutlery storage box). The seller has the right to demand compensation for the price of the box if the customer returns the goods without the box.

Should the customer discover that they have been sent a wrong or a faulty item, they should notify the online store’s customer service as soon as possible.

 

RETURNING THE ORDER, WITHDRAWING FROM THE CONTRACT AND REFUNDS

The customer has the right to return their order within 14 days after receipt of the purchase, without any reason or justification. 14 days starts after receiving a notification from the parcel delivery company that the order has arrived. 14-days return policy does not apply to faulty items. Made to order items are not returnable (for example upholstered furniture).

To return the order within 14 days, the customer has to contact the online store’s customer service (support@lartusihome.com) and return the order either via parcel machine, courier or return it themselves to Lartusi Home.

Returning via Itella parcel machine:

a. If the package arrived at the blue parcel machine, the package can be returned free of charge with the same door code as any blue parcel machine across Estonia.
If you want to return a parcel from a white parcel machine, complete the return in the my.smartpost.ee self-service page.

b. If the package arrived at a white parcel machine go to the self-service page my.smartpost.ee -> “Returns”. To complete the return, enter the parcel code (bar code) and choose the appropriate parcel machine for return.

Returning via Omniva parcel machine:

Along with the package arrival message, a return code is also sent, with the help of which it is possible to conveniently return the package to a suitable parcel machine within 14 days.

Returning via DPD parcel machine:

Along with the package arrival message, a return code is also sent, with the help of which it is possible to conveniently return the package to a suitable parcel machine within 14 days.

 

Returned item must not be damaged or used.

The seller offers a refund for the returned purchase within 5 working days, upon receiving the return.

The seller has the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged.
